Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for a Project Manager to join the team and drive the successful execution of the Group Operations Systems Transformation Project.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of this critical project. Your responsibilities will span from establishing project structure and communication channels to overseeing risk management and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality constraints.

• Internal and External Communication:

  • Foster clear communication channels with project stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure that project goals, roles, and responsibilities are well-understood by all team members.

• Project Documentation and Risk Management:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project life cycle.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks before they escalate.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies.

• Project Progress Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress against the established project plan.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Perform scope control and change management as needed.

• Project Completion and Contingency Planning:

  • Ensure the project is completed within the defined time, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

• Solid project management knowledge with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in digital project management or product development.
• Business and product development mindset.
• Strong sense of business ownership and accountability.
• Drive to learn and improve professionally.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Completed College or University degree.

• Change management expertise.
• Background in software implementation.
